    The beds were so comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. .

    Very little room in the bathroom to put out my toiletries etc; found this very annoying. No tea/coffee making facility in the room which in my opinion every room should have.

    -breakfast-staff were very helpful as i didn't like car park view from my room but they tried their best to change it and they provided me with a sea view room on the same day

    in my opinion,i feel the room was overpriced-i booked an executive room but expected it to be more spacious and i have been to other hotels in a cheaper rate and were more spacious

    Excellent and fast service and pleasant staff. Multinational food court and generous buffet dinners. Generous executive lounge with friendly and efficient staff.

    We have moved into an executive suite having a stunning sea view as the executive room did not overlook any view.

    I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a very nice view, king size bed plus balcony was not a problem. The hotel provides a large and amazing breakfast with selections from Middle East, free drinks.

    Really good service from the Kids Club staff created a nice experience for my children, with engaging activities that kept them excited daily. Waking up to fine panoramic views of the Arabian Sea in our luxurious Executive suites added to our delight. The only downside was the occasional delay in service at the pool, which could improve, alongside the need for more varied snack options throughout the day.
